*Please keep in mind that we are a small company that is growing rapidly. This means that once your order is received, we typically start the fulfillment process as soon as we can. Because of this, any changes or rush order request must be received within an hour of receiving the order confirmation email. please email special instruction to info@vooduecompany.com referencing your order number. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Once your order has shipped out, the delivery process you selected with your shipping options will begin.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page.

Most orders will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Voodue Company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Our Standard shipping charge is $5.00 and up depending on the total weight of items.

Standard / USPS - Arrives 3-7 business days from shipped date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.

If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at your house. Voodue Company cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped.
